Limited 12-Month Factory Warranty

1.1 Warranty Coverage

All standard stock docking stations, adapters, cables, chargers and card readers come with a 12-month limited factory warranty starting from the shipment date.

The warranty covers functional failures resulting from original manufacturing defects, including unstable transmission, charging failure and interface malfunction under normal use.

1.2 Exclusions from Warranty

Physical scratches, shell deformation and breakage caused by impact, drop or squeezing

Damage from overvoltage, incompatible power supply, unauthorized disassembly or modification

Consumable accessories with normal wear and tear after long-term use

Goods purchased through third-party resellers without official order records from DockHub Global

1.3 Warranty Service Process

When defective products appear within the warranty period, provide order number and fault proof to our support team. We offer free repair, component replacement or product swap according to actual conditions. The buyer bears round-trip shipping cost for warranty maintenance unless otherwise negotiated.
