Logistics, Lead Time & Shipment Rules

1.1 Production Lead Time

Standard in-stock items ship within 3–7 working days. OEM customized orders take 7–20 working days based on order volume and custom requirements. Exact timeline will be marked on your proforma invoice.

1.2 Shipping Methods

We offer sea freight, air freight and express delivery (DHL/FedEx/UPS) according to clients’ demands. Customers can appoint their own forwarders to pick up goods at our warehouse.

1.3 Cost & Risk Allocation

Shipping cost, customs duty, VAT and clearance charges are borne by buyers. Once goods leave our warehouse, risks of loss, damage or customs detention belong to the buyer. We provide commercial invoice, packing list and tracking documents after shipment.

1.4 Force Majeure Delay

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by logistics congestion, customs inspection, natural disasters, port closure or other uncontrollable force majeure events. We will notify clients promptly if delays occur.
