Return & Exchange Policy

1.1 Non-Returnable Scenarios

All OEM customized products with printed private logos or tailored packaging cannot be returned or exchanged after production.

Goods returned due to buyer’s personal preference, wrong model selection or over-ordering are not accepted.

Damage caused by improper disassembly, wrong operation, transportation collision or man-made breakage is excluded from return service.

1.2 Eligible Returns for Mass Stock Goods

Only factory manufacturing defects qualify for return or replacement. Buyers must supply clear photos and videos to confirm quality issues within 7 working days after receiving goods.

We arrange free replacement or partial compensation after defect verification; return shipping cost will be covered by us for confirmed production flaws.

1.3 Return Procedure

Submit return application with defect evidence to our customer service email.

Wait for official confirmation before sending goods back; unauthorized returned parcels will be rejected.

Refund or re-delivery will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect returned items.
