1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, browsing products, submitting inquiries, placing wholesale orders or requesting OEM customization services, you fully agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any clause, you may not use our website or purchase our goods. All services provided by DockHub Global are subject to the rules below, alongside our separate Privacy Policy.

2. Product Information & Pricing

All product pictures, parameters, functions and descriptions are for reference only. We reserve the right to update product specifications without prior notice. All prices displayed are factory bulk wholesale prices, excluding international shipping fees, import duties, taxes and custom clearance charges. Quotations are valid for 15 working days only.

3. Order & OEM Customization Rules

Standard bulk orders: MOQ follows the marked quantity of each product listing.

OEM/ODM service: Custom logo, packaging and function adjustments require confirmed technical drawings and deposit payment before mass production.

Once mass production starts, order cancellation or modification is not supported; partial refund will not be issued for customized goods.

4. Payment Terms

We support T/T wire transfer, PayPal and other agreed payment methods. Full or partial deposit shall be paid within the time stated in the proforma invoice. We reserve the right to suspend production and delivery if payment is overdue.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time is stated in quotations and product pages. Shipping risks (loss, damage, customs detention) shall be borne by the buyer after goods leave our warehouse. We will provide tracking documents upon shipment, but we do not take responsibility for delays caused by logistics, customs or force majeure.

6. Return, Refund & Warranty

Mass wholesale goods: No return or refund for unqualified personal reasons. Defective goods caused by production flaws can be replaced or repaired after we confirm the problem with photos/videos.

OEM customized products: No return or exchange once produced.

Standard 12-month limited warranty covers factory manufacturing defects; damage from improper use, disassembly or transportation is excluded.

7. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, logos, product designs and content on this site belong to DockHub Global. No copying, reproduction or commercial use is allowed without written authorization. Custom OEM trademarks provided by buyers shall be the sole legal responsibility of the buyer.

8. User Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not scrape website data, send spam inquiry emails, upload illegal content, or use our platform for fraud, counterfeit resale and other illegal activities. We can block your IP or inquiry access without notice if violations occur.

9. Limitation of Liability

DockHub Global shall not compensate for indirect losses including lost profits, business suspension or market losses arising from product use or order delays. Our total compensation liability shall not exceed the total amount of the relevant order.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page and take effect immediately after release. Continued website use represents acceptance of revised clauses.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from orders or website use shall first be resolved via friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be settled under the laws of People’s Republic of China through arbitration.
